Exploring Project and Portfolio Management in practice
Are you involved in projects or portfolios as a consultant, manager, or participant?
We invite you to take part in a survey on project and portfolio management.
The survey has been developed in partnership with researchers Eva Riis and Anna Lund Jepsen from SDU. It is available in German, English, and Danish.
As a participant, you will have the opportunity to learn about the overall results in a report from emagine.
We believe that the results will support good projects and portfolio management practices. By participating, you therefore contribute to valuable insights into how project and portfolio management is carried out in practice and which elements lead to successful project and portfolio outcomes.

Key areas in the survey:
Project portfolio management – How are strategic project priorities handled, and what challenges arise in practice?
Project management – What is the current state of implementation of formalization, planning, and collaboration processes in practice?
Value and benefit realization – How do organizations ensure that projects and portfolios create real business value?
The survey takes approximately 7-8 minutes to finish. Your responses will provide important insights into how organizations work with projects and portfolio management.
