Description:
You will be responsible for mapping IGAs between a legal entity and a group function, particularly in the context of financial crime. You will analyze, document, and receive approvals for IGAs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
Review and document IGAs and service mapping for the client’s Finance Remediation Programme.
Analyze and document IGAs, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
Qualifications:
Legal background with experience in mapping intergroup agreements.
Experience with financial crime regulations and compliance.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals.
