Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop AI chatbots / voicebots that use internal Knowledge Base such as IT agent support procedures, FAQ documents, past support tickets, etc.
· Collaborate with SMEs to curate and prepare data
· Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve the efficiency and accuracy of information retrieval.
· Make continuous learning an integral part of the solution
· Implement strong AI testing techniques that measure “accuracy” and give data to decide Go / No Go in production
· Develop solution back end and front end when necessary
· For voicebots, design and implement Speech-to-text and Text-to-speech with a strong focus on latency
· Design and Implement AI monitoring processes to ensure user satisfaction
Skills:
· Proven experience in implementing chatbots / voicebots
· Deep understanding of Azure AI tech stack, including AI Search (RAG)
· Experience using OpenAI APIs and / or other language model APIs (we are not looking to train our own models)
· Experience developing web apps backend and front end
· Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
· Excellent problem-solving skills, highly autonomous, with a quick wind mindset
· Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
