Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with experience in project management. You will work with a broad stakeholder landscape across their running API plants in Kalundborg and you will be facilitating the investigation, the creating, and the implementation of the "right" solutions. You have flair for and interest to understanding complex situations; technical, compliance, and stakeholder wise.
We are looking for a Project Manager to their SattLine EASI Audit Trail and Why Pilot team, which is a small fulltime expert team of four people, and a secondary project group of 30-50 participants. We are creating and implementing Audit Trail related solutions in the cross field of SattLine, PI Historian, RtReports, LMES, and Microsoft OS. Your task will be to lead two different but highly related projects sharing the same full time project team.
Among other things, you will:
manage the overall project planning and progress
manage the overall stakeholder management
manage the project finances
manage the overall risk and issue management
host team and coordination meetings
understand the solutions in detail enough to explain the technical and operational process impact
understand and ensure that compliance requirements are met
manage the reference to and support from a Steering Group
manage the presentation and approval of project requests at the API IT Committee
