emagine is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our client in the pharmaceutical industry with their AskHR team with work related to the acquisition of three new factories. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of ServiceNow development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality to support HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage ownership groups for two other countries.
Create a Knowledge Base and ownership group (for a third country).
Establish relevant target criteria, such as manager groups and company code groups, to enable content targeting for relevant users.
Develop local content (30-50 articles per site, potentially 90-150 new articles) before the go-live date.
Assess global content for applicability to Catalent and provide access to current global content.
Coordinate with legal representatives to decide upon consent forms for Belgium.
Develop chat queue groups, decide upon country phone numbers and opening hours.
Decide upon and add deep links for other systems.
Decide upon and develop assignment groups and rules.
Create local services while ensuring global services are available automatically.
Enable existing services as needed.
Provide agent training and knowledge management training before go-live.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in ServiceNow development and integration.
Familiarity with HR processes and systems.
Strong understanding of creating and managing Knowledge Bases.
Ability to create and manage assignment groups, rules, and local services.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
Experience with content targeting and developing chat queue groups.
Training experience for agents and knowledge management.
