emagine is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in GDPR and operational implementation to support a key financial client. You will be responsible for implementing governance related to GDPR, analyzing gaps in current processes, and executing necessary changes to ensure compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and align company governance with GDPR requirements.
Identify gaps between current processes and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement solutions, including new SOPs, process documentation, and education.
Address existing GDPR-related issues in business processes, particularly in data flows and deletion rules.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of GDPR and experience with regulatory projects.
Understanding of business processes in banking/insurance is highly valuable.
Proven experience in leading implementation tasks independently.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Ability to manage and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
