About the assignment
The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing Salesforce-based solutions, including Revenue Lifecycle Management / CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role is critical in ensuring the technical integrity and implementation of Salesforce solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformation programs and CRM implementations, with the ability to work effectively with multi-region and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect Salesforce-based solutions, including Revenue Lifecycle Management / CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Serve as the technical accountable lead for Salesforce implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple regions to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Lead and guide the technical implementation team, providing expertise and direction on Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution design, and implementation plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Participate in and contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap for Salesforce within the organization.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
Your profile
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong focus on designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for Revenue Lifecycle Management / CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Extensive experience with transformation programs and CRM implementations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.
Experience working with multi-region and business stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
