emagine is currently seeking a Technical Writer with a minimum of 3 years of experience with GxP for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Document Creation and Revision: Develop and update SOPs, guidelines, instructions, and other technical documents.
Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all documents meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Process Improvement: Actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements in documentation practices.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to other team members on documentation standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Pharma or Technical Writing.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing within the pharmaceutical industry preferable within manufacturing, supply chain.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience GxP.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in document management systems and familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
Organizing: Project management skills.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
