We’re migrating our Oracle Data Warehouse solution from on-premises to the AWS Redshift cloud, paving the way for a cutting-edge, cloud-first data infrastructure. After successfully completing a Proof of Concept (PoC) for data and code migration, we’re now scaling up to tackle ETL tools and reporting use cases.


We’re seeking a skilled AWS Redshift Consultant to play a key role in driving this transformative project forward. If you’re passionate about cloud technologies and want to make an impact in the renewable energy sector, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the team in migrating the existing Oracle data-warehouse solution to AWS Redshift.

  • Collaborate with the Data Ecosystem Team.

  • Guide the ETL implementation (Currently we are using AWS Glue).

  • Guide in setting up access control. Based on our AD we need to have the access control set up for the solution.

  • Create and communicate plans to stakeholders on the progress and road blockers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in AWS Redshift.

  • Experienced in migrating Datawarehouse solutions.

  • Skilled in AWS Glue.

  • Oracle knowledge.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop comprehensive planning and enhance the team’s capabilities, enabling them to work independently.
