Job Description
Looking for resources to help run process mining for our client´s global Source-to-Pay processes in procurement and finance. Main focus will be P2P and invoicing.
Project is a one-off analysis on process challenges, bottlenecks/in-efficiencies and recommendations on how to improve.
Process mining tool for ~3 months
Three data points: Coupa, SAP and Salesforce
Upload data to process mining tool (real-time connector not in scope as of now)
Purpose of the project is to identify process inefficiencies, validate findings and formulate a roadmap of improvement opportunities
