emagine is on the lookout for a skilled Freelance Ivalua Consultant (Technical Expert) to join our team on a client project consultancy.

Location: Remote, with occasional in-person engagements.

Start Date: ASAP

Work Schedule: Full-time, with 2-3 days of remote work per week.

As a pivotal member of our Procurement department specializing in indirect purchasing, you will serve as a Business Analyst following the deployment of the Ivalua tool. This role involves acting as a liaison between Ivalua, various business units (HR, Procurement), and development teams based in India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft user specifications (User Stories).

  • Create functional test cases and outline user journeys for end-to-end testing.

  • Prioritize the project backlog.

  • Conduct data and impact analysis.

  • Review application performance from the user perspective and suggest improvements in collaboration with the development team.

  • Provide user support, particularly through incident analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience

  • Robust expertise in the Ivalua platform.

  • Proven experience as a Freelance Ivalua Consultant (Technical Expert).

  • Strong technical and functional mastery of the Ivalua tool.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory).

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of additional procurement tools.
