Key Skills:
Service Delivery Support: Assist the ITSM Service Delivery Manager in managing and coordinating IT services to meet business needs and expectations.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of ITSM processes and practices in alignment with ITIL standards.
Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update IT service documentation, including process guides, and operational procedures,
Communication: Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units, facilitating clear and effective communication in both languages.
BMC Helix: Utilize knowledge of BMC Helix to support ITSM functions and enhance service delivery.
Pressure Handling: Effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment, maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Key Tasks:
ITIL certification or equivalent.
Experience with ITSM tools and software.
Familiarity with service desk operations and customer support.
Fluent in english
