Full remote.

Key Skills:

  • Service Delivery Support: Assist the ITSM Service Delivery Manager in managing and coordinating IT services to meet business needs and expectations.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of ITSM processes and practices in alignment with ITIL standards.

  • Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update IT service documentation, including process guides, and operational procedures, 

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units, facilitating clear and effective communication in both languages.

  • BMC Helix: Utilize knowledge of BMC Helix to support ITSM functions and enhance service delivery.

  • Pressure Handling: Effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment, maintaining high-quality service delivery.

 

Key Tasks:

  • ITIL certification or equivalent.

  • Experience with ITSM tools and software.

  • Familiarity with service desk operations and customer support.

  • Fluent in english
