Fullstack Developer - Backend Focus - Java, React, AWS

We are looking for a seasoned Fullstack Developer with a backend emphasis, who thrives on improving developer experience and infrastructure.

Start: preferably in 1 months time or as soon as possible

Duration: 31st of December 2025

Location: Hybrid setup from Stockholm

Please note we are only looking for consultants based in Stockholm

Tech Stack & Skills Needed:

• Java, TypeScript, React (fullstack familiarity)

• Experience in DevEx (Developer Experience) is PLUS

• Passion for observability, availability, and testing best practices

• Strong experience building internal tools and developer utilities

What you’ll do:

• Boost backend quality, observability, and availability

• Standardize testing approaches

• Contribute to a more seamless integration across the frontend/backend spectrum

• Bring your DevEx expertise to elevate the team’s productivity and code quality

Who you are

• 5-10+ years as a fullstack developer (Java,

  React/AWS) with backend FOCUS

• Experience from modern tech companies

• Driven, communicative and a true teamplayer
