About the role
As a Backend Developer, you'll be a key contributor to shaping and delivering cutting-edge tech. Your responsibilities include:
Designing low-level architecture and ensuring successful technical implementations
Engaging in technical discussions and architectural decisions with the team
Managing software releases and contributing to product documentation
Exploring and evaluating new technologies
Embracing a DevOps and CI/CD mindset
Actively coding and contributing to software development
Collaborating with colleagues across the Nordics and Poland
What you bring
A degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Solid experience with:
TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, REST APIs
PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
Tools like GitHub, Docker, Apollo Studio, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Experience designing and integrating scalable microservice architectures
Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum
End-to-end experience across the development and delivery lifecycle
A customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
A collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach
Fluency in spoken and written English
