We are looking for an interim CPO to one of our most exciting clients. They are in a scale-up phase where they need someone who can work with the product roadmap, report to the CEO and work with their investor.

Location: Stockholm on-site 3 days per week minimum

Your mission

We’re looking for a visionary CPO to drive our client’s product strategy, innovation, and execution. If you’re passionate about building world-class SaaS products, scaling teams, and shaping the future of a company in high growth, this is the role for you.

You will own the product vision, work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and ensure that our client’s products deliver exceptional value to their customers. Your leadership will directly impact growth, customer experience, and market success.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product vision & roadmap to drive revenue growth and market leadership.

  • Lead product strategy with a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.

  • Develop and implement a data-driven approach to product decision-making, leveraging customer insights and analytics.

  • Ensure seamless collaboration between product, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams.

  • Drive revenue growth through product-led growth, strategies, pricing models, and customer retention initiatives.

  • Lead and develop the Product organization.

  • You will report directly to the CEO.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Extensive experience in a senior product leadership role, preferably within a SaaS company.

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute a high-impact product vision.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Expertise in data-driven product management, including user analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback loops.

  • Understanding of SaaS business models, PLG strategies, and subscription-based monetization.

  • Excellent communication & leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.

  • Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (coding background is a plus but not required).
