A snapshot of your key responsibilities as PMO Analyst would be:
Engaging across multiple finance teams – FinSolns, Accounting, Payments, FinOps, Tax, Legal, Planning & Controlling, Paris FinAdmin
Compile all tasks & deadlines
Prepare project plan – up to merger date & including 2 closings post-merger
Align with Project Manager & ensure finance plan fits with overall programme
Connect with OM team & align with IT planning
Implement regular status reporting
Responsible for checking in with all teams and documenting updates
Highlighting and escalate issues, blocks and risks
Requirements:
Financial Acumen: Understanding of basic financial principles and financial reporting is an advantage.
Project Management experience is a must
Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills required along with the ability to work well in a team environment collaborating with various departments.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Careful and precise handling of financial data and project documentation to ensure accuracy.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, think critically, and propose solutions to challenges that arise within projects.
Must be motivated, self-driven & solution focused
