As part of the new construction of a forward-looking technology center, you will assume a key role as an IT-Baucontroller in quality assurance and cost control – at the interface between technology, construction, and project management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Quality and construction cost controlling throughout the entire construction process.

  • Early identification of defects and initiation of corrective measures.

  • Regular site visits and status reporting to project management.

  • Creation and maintenance of control instruments (checklists, acceptance lists).

  • Verification of planning documents, performance descriptions, and contracts.

  • Ensuring compliance with IT and construction specifications (e.g. EWP certification, roadmaps).

  • Coordination with users and integration of their requirements into the construction implementation.

  • Accompaniment of acceptance and monitoring of defect rectification.

  • Technical evaluation of innovations and their integration into the project.

  • Monitoring of planning status according to HOAI performance phases.

Key Requirements

  • Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, IT, or a comparable qualification.

  • Experience in construction controlling, ideally with IT-related construction projects.

  • Knowledge of construction regulations, IT infrastructure, and project management.

  • Proficient use of planning and control tools.

  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness.

  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working.
