As part of the new construction of a forward-looking technology center, you will assume a key role as an IT-Baucontroller in quality assurance and cost control – at the interface between technology, construction, and project management.
Main Responsibilities
Quality and construction cost controlling throughout the entire construction process.
Early identification of defects and initiation of corrective measures.
Regular site visits and status reporting to project management.
Creation and maintenance of control instruments (checklists, acceptance lists).
Verification of planning documents, performance descriptions, and contracts.
Ensuring compliance with IT and construction specifications (e.g. EWP certification, roadmaps).
Coordination with users and integration of their requirements into the construction implementation.
Accompaniment of acceptance and monitoring of defect rectification.
Technical evaluation of innovations and their integration into the project.
Monitoring of planning status according to HOAI performance phases.
Key Requirements
Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, IT, or a comparable qualification.
Experience in construction controlling, ideally with IT-related construction projects.
Knowledge of construction regulations, IT infrastructure, and project management.
Proficient use of planning and control tools.
Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
Structured, solution-oriented way of working.
