This role is within our Checkout & Checkout Compliance team, where you'll work on multiple features of the POS. Responsibilities
Design and implement robust backend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Contribute to technical leadership through code reviews and design discussions.
Mentor junior engineers.
Implement high-performance RESTful services focusing on scalability and reliability.
Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable solutions.
Ensure efficient data handling using ORM tools like Hibernate.
Must Haves
Advanced proficiency in Java.
Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
Proven experience in designing and implementing high-performance RESTful services.
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with ORM tools like Hibernate.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Nice to Haves
Experience in mentoring engineering teams.
Familiarity with design patterns and optimization techniques.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
