Upholding security and compliance amid substantial growth

In an environment characterized by strong organic growth as well as frequent mergers and acquisitions, emagine remains determined to maintain our commitment to information security and compliance.

Despite the challenges posed by our exponential growth and added complexity, we embrace the responsibility of upholding our certification in ISO27001 as well as compliance with ISAE3402 Operations and ISAE3000 GDPR.

Committed to being a trusted partner

"The quality of our overall deliveries, with the addition of external declarations for ISAE3402 Operations and ISAE3000 GDPR, gives us a unique service offering and market position within nearshore services," says Claus Flinck, emagine's CGO.

All customers who benefit from emagine's nearshoring services in Poland can therefore trust that the deliveries and underlying processes support and fulfill the customers' regulatory obligations in all jurisdictions. The emagine ISAE3402 Operations Assurance Report is a vital part of the customers' external audits and is forwarded yearly to Nearshore customers.

Moreover, emagine is partnered with more than 150.000 registered consultants, who are very mindful of data protection and security. Upholding a strong GDPR governance is paramount in our professional relationships and emagine’s internal ERP system is a testament to this dedication as it has been designed and developed with a particular focus on security and data processing architecture. External auditors review the emagine data processing paradigm, processes, and technology on a yearly basis which is documented to external parties in the ISAE3000 GDPR Assurance Report.

We continuously invest in a strong GDPR governance as a very tangible element of upholding trust and integrity in our partnerships with consultants and customers. The combination of high-quality deliveries and certified compliance with regulatory requirements for IT Security and Data Processing is a winning combination.

Embracing growth with compliance in mind

As emagine expands not only organically, but also through mergers and acquisitions, it's clear that sustaining these certifications and assurance reports requires a proactive approach:

"We treat each integration as an opportunity to assess, consolidate, and enhance our security and Data Processing measures. Instead of viewing compliance as a mere obligation, we considered it a catalyst for our growth strategy," explains Claus Flinck.

Fostering a culture of compliance

emagine employees play a pivotal role in maintaining these certifications. A strong sense of responsibility towards compliance and information security has been instilled across all levels of the organization. Regular training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns are conducted to keep everyone updated with the latest standards and best practices.

Compliance is not considered a one-time achievement but instead an ongoing commitment. Regular internal assessments and audits are conducted to identify any deviations and address potential vulnerabilities. These assessments serve as valuable learning experiences that help us strengthen our security protocols.
