emagine receives EcoVadis Silver Medal: A milestone in sustainability recognition

We are happy to share our achievement of earning the EcoVadis Silver Medal, an acknowledgement of our ongoing efforts towards sustainability.

Jesper Diget, Group Chief People Officer at emagine

emagine has been ranked among top 11% of all global companies on social responsibility by EcoVadis, and we couldn't be more proud! This medal affirms emagine’s commitment to social and environmentally responsible business practices.

EcoVadis is an independent sustainability rating platform that evaluates companies based on their environmental, social, and ethical performance. This trusted platform empowers businesses to assess their sustainability initiatives and encourages transparency and accountability in pursuing responsible practices.

Our path towards sustainability

Sustainability has been integral to our ethos for many years. Recognising the importance of corporate social responsibility, we have been steadily working towards integrating sustainability into our operations, making a positive difference in the communities we serve.

We believe fostering responsible practices within our supplier network is essential for creating a sustainable ecosystem. Over time, we have built strong partnerships with suppliers who share our values and commitment.

The EcoVadis assessment is heavily considered by customers, vendors and other stakeholders in investments, tenders and other arrangements with emagine.

Staying determined through rapid expansion

The year 2022 marked a period of rapid growth for our organization. During this time, we acquired both Aspira and Peak Consulting, broadening our reach across multiple markets and countries. To align with our overarching strategy and maintain a unified approach across the group, we intensified our focus on ESG considerations, ensuring they became integral to our way of operating.

EcoVadis identified our strengths in policies regarding energy consumption and labour & human rights, namely the involvement of employees in fulfilling this important purpose.

At emagine, we provide comprehensive training programmes for all our employees and thus ensure that each colleague is informed on up-to-date measures. We invest in a quarterly employee satisfaction survey, an extensive onboarding programme for new employees, and renewed ISAE, ISO & TISAX certificates, to uphold our operations' safety and excellence standards.

Participating in the EcoVadis assessment gave us invaluable insights into our efforts. The evaluation process highlighted our strengths, but also identified areas where we could improve further.

This feedback is an essential driver for continually refining and enhancing our sustainability initiatives and inspiring new innovative practices.
